Employers in China are encouraged to give employers flexible work and rest time to promote travel investment and consumption, according to several suggestions released Tuesday by the General Office of the State Council. If applicable, companies and institutions can provide a two-and-half-day long weekend-with Friday afternoon included-in summer, for employees to go out and take pleasure trips, the office said.
