升级Magic4.0后无法再超级快充的问题收集，请官方重视一下！

荣耀20 pro升级到Magic4.0后，无法超级快充(22.5W)和快速充电(18W)，只能普通充电，以为是个案，在论坛里搜了一下，原来有大量用户出现这种情况。
请版主不要再回复类似：更换原装充电头、换数据线、重新插拔、充电口有异物这些复制粘贴的话了！我不是小白，我的充电头和数据线都没问题，换另外一台荣耀20 pro来测试就是超级快充，充电口里也清理了。

重新插拔充电器和数据线后尝试，如果数据线没有插到位或者插入速度过于缓慢，可能会识别成普通充电模式。

使用华为设备随附的标配充电器和数据线，充电时会对充电器和数据线进行检测，满足以下条件才能进入快充/超级快充模式：
设备和充电器均支持快充/超级快充，且充电模式一致。
数据线标定电流满足快充/超级快充的要求，才能进入快充/超级快充模式（非标准数据线可能无法识别数据线类型）。

请您检查设备、数据线、充电器、插座的连接状态。
接口中有异物或脏污，建议您及时清理（可使用干净的软毛刷，有条件的可以沾取酒精）。
接口没有完全插入，或有明显的松动，建议您重新拔插一次。
