Restrictions on third-party apps

There will have restrictions for non-offical-source apps as default,no matter whether they are harmful or not.How can I prevent the system from restricting these apps?

Currently, batch closing is not supported. Please manually click the remove button on the right side of the corresponding APP to remove restrictions.
