自我反思：这一年总的来说是有些不称职的，由于暑期实习、大四毕业设计等等原因，组织参与时间相对有限，更多的是在做线上版块的维护以及同城制度的思考与完善，所以就活动来说，有点对不起俱乐部。而且由于本人性格中的那一份惰性，回顾贴之类的写的有些少，也是失职的地方。
回顾一年，任主要负责人的活动有408荣耀狂欢节、咪咕张震岳歌友会、咪咕张靓颖和刘美麟歌友会、草莓音乐节、4X销量破600万庆祝活动、因为热爱，我们在一起、4X千万庆典等，大多是官方活动，自发活动很少。重心由官方活动向自发活动转移，这是2016年的努力方向之一；同时，核心花粉的发展较缓慢，且没有确切的标准，到目前也只有10人左右，他们在活动中、活动后回顾的环节中表现相对活跃，提升核心花粉或者活跃花粉的数量，也是2016年的目标之一；另一个目标便是将活动举办的流程、活动结束后的总结等事项，进行规范化，进行制度化，达到“部长在，活动可进行；部长不在，活动也可执行”的地步。
我的思想中略带些消极因素，总能看到一些消极面，造成活动中有所顾忌，这一点需要纠正或者说是改善；而另一方面，这也让我能更清楚的观察到细节，力求不出现纰漏，即使发生意外，也能迅速的补救。认识我的人都明白，我经常吐槽，其实这是恨铁不成钢，总希望同城能迅速的走上正轨。但吐槽终究是影响蛮不好的一种行为，今后将尽力避免，将吐槽转化为建议，助同城早日开启更快、更健康的发展模式。
毕业后也许会离开西安，也意味着在这个岗位还能有半年的时间，这段时间必将倾尽全力来践行！
