I am using the HONOR 500 Pro China Version (MEP-AN00) in Bangladesh (outside China).
I tested Robi 5G at a location where another 5G phone successfully connects to 5G NSA.

Both phones are connected to the same Robi LTE anchor/cell, but the other phone establishes 5G NSA n41, while the HONOR 500 Pro remains LTE-only.
Please investigate whether the China-version MEP-AN00 has any firmware, PLMN, carrier-policy or EN-DC restriction preventing 5G NSA when used outside China, specifically on Robi Bangladesh.
