USSD選單中的鍵盤呈灰色顯示

我看了榮耀Win RT的評測，非常喜歡，就從速賣通買了一個。除了USSD菜單之外，其他一切都很好。當我撥打USSD代碼時，鍵盤是灰色的，無法輸入任何選項。我已經換過鍵盤了，但問題依舊。

我需要一個解決辦法。謝謝！


I saw the review of Honor Win RT and I loved it so much, so I got it from Aliexpress and everything works fine except for the USSD menu. When I dial a USSD code, I can´t be able to choose options because the keyboard is greyed out and I can´t type on it. I have switched keyboards and it´s not working.

I need a solution to this. Thank you.

另外，我的軟體版本是最新的 10.0.0.155 (SP5C00E155R102P7)。這個問題從我買手機的第一天起就一直存在。
